Matrix 0501 What to do on Competition Day

What To Bring

• Snacks & Drinks (you will want a lot of these, the competition lasts 6 hours!)
• A keyboard and mouse if you do not want to use the ones provided.
• Some kind of flash drive which stores your portable programs/STIGS

What To Do Once You Arrive

• Set up your work area with your keyboard/mouse.
• Download your image and extract to your desktop so you are ready to start at any time.
• Make sure that you have all checklists/tools/websites [such as this one ;) ] up and ready for use.

What To Do After The Competition

Now that the competition has come to a close, you will want to make sure to complete the following:

• Write down vulnerabilities that you found.
• Write down/screenshot the readme file and forensics questions for later personal use to study from.
